The founding Mill Hill Missionary Fathers who purchased Antique Academy devised a Seal for the College. The Seal and the Articles of Incorporation papers were filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 31, 1959, and were duly registered in the said Commission on August 4, 1959. The St. Anthony's College uses this Seal as the official Seal of St. Anthony's College.

HAMMER. The hammer stands for the two extraordinary talents possessed by Saint Anthony of Padua: the evangelical spirit and the spirit of poverty. Saint Anthony used these talents as he preached in Northern Italy among people with mistaken notions on the Philosophy of Life and Christian Doctrines because he was able to soften unbelieving hearts and to restore the vitality of the church. Due to his dedication to these people, Saint Anthony earned the title "Hammer of the Heretics".

BUSH OF GRAIN. The bush of grain represents the Antiquetios main source of livelihood which is agriculture. Antique has vast and rich natural resources in its plains, mountains and seas. The College, affirming this abundance, contributes to the realization of fullness of life by providing quality, holistic and responsive educational programs, services, and experiences for the clientele and other stakeholders.

BOOK. The book stands for the title given to Saint Anthony by Pope Gregory IX as the "Living Repository of the Holy Scripture" symbolizing the integration of theory and practice employed by. Saint Anthony and his other Franciscan brothers. Accordingly, Pope Pius XII proclaimed Saint Anthony as "Doctor of the Church" as a tribute to his exemplary leadership in learning and living what he taught.

PALM TREE. The palm tree is often referred to as the "tree of life" on account of its multifarious usefulness. The coconut or palm tree symbolizes all learning and skills that are inspired by the word of God.
